⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Semplicemente il top!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per il fine settimana e possiamo dire con assoluta sincerità che ci siamo trovati benissimo! L’appartamentino è davvero carinissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio: non mancava veramente nulla. Aria condizionata, cucina, bagno, TV, posti letto comodi e una cameretta davvero particolare con il letto rotondo e le luci LED, che abbiamo adorato. Anche il piccolo balconcino è stato un dettaglio molto piacevole.
La posizione è in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, lontana dal traffico e perfetta per riposarsi. Anche l’ingresso è molto carino e accogliente, si vede che c’è stata attenzione nel rendere l’ambiente piacevole e confortevole.
Una nota di merito va sicuramente al proprietario, che è stato gentilissimo, disponibilissimo e davvero comprensivo. Abbiamo avuto un notevole ritardo e non siamo riusciti a essere presenti fisicamente al momento del check-in, ma lui ci ha seguito passo passo tramite WhatsApp, fornendoci indicazioni chiarissime e permettendoci di effettuare il check-in senza alcun problema, anche con la gestione dei documenti. Una disponibilità che abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto.
Insomma, siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente, se dovessimo tornare a Corato, questo sarà il nostro punto di riferimento e il nostro punto d’appoggio. È raro trovare un posto dove non manca davvero nulla e dove ci si sente così a proprio agio.

Una vera chicca nel cuore di Corato!
Ottima posizione nel centro storico ,da li’ facilmente si possono raggiungere locali notturni e attrazioni principali!
Appena siamo entrati in stanza abbiamo subito notato pulizia, accoglienza e confort annessi!
Tutto arredato in stile moderno ,curato nei minimi dettagli!
Un complimento fatto con il cuore va alla proprietaria, disponibile , gentile e premurosa verso i clienti!
Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ritorneremo sicuramente!!

We booked this accommodation for one night because we wanted to explore Corato before continuing our trip. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the most stressful accommodation experiences we've had.

Even before our arrival, we were contacted multiple times asking for our exact arrival time. I explained several times that we were traveling from far away and would arrive later in the evening. We finally arrived around 9:00 PM, only to be told at check-in that the door to our room was "not working" and that we couldn't stay there. It was very difficult to believe that such a serious issue was only discovered at the exact moment we arrived.

The first alternative they offered was an old 3-star hotel outside the city center with poor Google ratings. We specifically booked a nice accommodation in the center of Corato with breakfast included, so I refused. I insisted that any replacement should be of the same standard and in the same location we had paid for.

Communication made the situation even worse. The receptionist spoke very limited English and then handed me the phone to another person who actually tried to charge us extra money for a different B&B. That was completely unacceptable. After a long and frustrating discussion, and only after it was obvious how exhausted and upset we were, they finally found us another B&B. While it was decent, it was still outside the city center.

By that point, we had lost around an hour and a half driving around and dealing with the situation. We were traveling with two young children, were completely exhausted, and no longer had the energy to walk into the city and enjoy Corato as we had planned. That was the entire reason we booked accommodation in the center in the first place.

The next morning, the "breakfast included" consisted of only two croissants, even though we were four people (two adults and two children). We had to pay ourselves for the rest of the breakfast.

To make matters even worse, after we had already left the city, they messaged us asking us to send photos of our passports because they had forgotten to register our documents during check-in. I was not comfortable sending passport photos over a messaging app after we had already left, especially considering everything that had happened, so I declined.

Overall, the entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and, unfortunately, suspicious. Whether it was poor management or something else, it gave us the impression that guests are moved around depending on availability rather than receiving the accommodation they actually booked.

We came to Corato expecting a relaxing evening in what seems to be a lovely city. Instead, we spent our evening dealing with accommodation problems, unnecessary stress, and disappointment. We will definitely not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this property based on our experience.
